After one week I am seeing progress! I think it is trainio that is helping a lot. It is SO useful to track what I am eating, excercising, and losing. The comments I have recieved are very welcome, and the encouragment is great! 4 lbs off and 26 to go.

Saw your post, under aerobic exercise on this site http://www.cbass.com/ look at posts 10-12 for interval training. A lot of times too much aerobics causes a person to break down lean muscle tissue and specially done intervals can actually burn up to 9x's more calories in a shorter time. Weightlifting is excelent, and so long as you are in good health I would personally cut a day or two out of the extended cardio and do a few intervals... starting slowly rather then attempting all 10 at once with a warm up and a cool down. Also I would have a professional do bodyfat measurement 1x a week give you a percent, (fat) then let you know what your lean muscle weight and fat weight are. Keep a graph for yourself so you know which is changing based on your fitness approach and try a few diff things.. when you try them you will see in a few weeks weather it is working or not, if not, try something else if you want, and keep track so you know if you are keeping fat and giving up muscle and just looking like your maintaining equilibrium.

My weight WILL NOT go down! I excercise every day - either on the eliptical, walking 3.5 miles, or 20 minutes of weight training. My diet is and has been very good (1500 - 1650 calories/day). I even had liposuction on my hips, thighs, stomach and love handles. Any advise would be great!!
